Project inquiries and email sign-ups
Working Orbit is operated by Wallfacer Technologies Inc. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your email address and any message you choose to include so we can respond about your project. When you sign up for studio updates, we record your email address and consent to receive those updates. Signing up does not automatically enroll you in a third-party marketing service.
Where your information goes
Submissions are stored in our private Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States and forwarded by email to our team at support@wallfacer.ai. Authorized team members can access them to respond to inquiries and manage studio updates. We do not sell submissions or publish them on the website.
Drafts in your browser
The inquiry form saves an unfinished draft in your browser. Use “Clear draft” on the contact page or clear your browser’s site data to remove it. This does not delete an inquiry you have already submitted.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries to manage the conversation and our business relationship. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@wallfacer.ai. You can also ask us to stop studio updates at that address. Deletion requests may be subject to records we need to retain for legal or security reasons.
Security and service operation
We use encrypted connections and restrict access to stored submissions. The site uses short-lived request counters to limit automated abuse, and our hosting provider processes connection information to deliver and protect the service. Please do not include passwords, API keys, confidential source code, or sensitive personal information in the form.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, which project links they follow, and whether inquiries or newsletter requests succeed. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and receives information about the page, referring site, and browser. We report the public page address without its query string or fragment. Recognized campaign labels, such as a referring publication or campaign name, help us understand how visitors find the studio. Your email address, project description, and draft text are not included in our analytics events. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
